1. What this service does
FuckInfluencer analyzes publicly available metadata of social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram) and produces a statistical Truth Score. The score is an algorithmic estimation of engagement quality. It is not a judgment of any individual's character.
2. Use of the analysis
- You may use the report to make your own purchasing or partnership decisions.
- You may not republish the score as a defamatory claim about a specific named person. The numbers are the data; the interpretation is yours.
- You may not use the analysis to harass any creator. Reports are business-decision tools, not weapons.
3. No guarantees
The Truth Score is a statistical estimation based on public metrics. We do not guarantee accuracy. Influencer marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond engagement metrics (creative, timing, product fit, audience overlap). Use the report as one input among many.
4. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed via Thai PromptPay. Transactions are between you and the bank — we receive notification of receipt only.
- Refunds: if we cannot deliver the analysis (handle does not exist, account is private, or our service fails), we refund in full within 7 days.
- No refunds once an analysis report has been delivered to your contact.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or rate-limit-bypass the service.
- Submit other people's contact info as your own at checkout.
- Use the service for stalking, doxxing, or mass-scraping competitor data.
6. Service availability
The service is provided as-is. We may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to upstream provider issues (Apify, TikTok rate limits). No SLA. If a queued analysis cannot be completed within 7 days due to our outage, you get a full refund.
7. Liability
In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Maximum liability = the amount you paid us for the specific analysis in dispute.
8. Governing law
Thai law. Disputes resolved in Thai courts (jurisdiction: Bangkok).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes posted with a new date. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
