1. Who we are
FuckInfluencer (the “Service”) provides automated analysis of publicly available metadata from TikTok and Instagram accounts. Operated from Thailand by an individual (Yunmin Shin).
2. What we collect
- Search inputs: TikTok / Instagram handles you ask us to analyze. These are public identifiers.
- Payment claim data: when you submit a payment, we store the contact info (LINE ID or email) you provide, plus optional notes and the target handle. This is to deliver your report.
- Technical logs: IP address and user-agent for abuse prevention and debugging. Retained 30 days max.
- No cookiesfor tracking. We don't use analytics cookies. Browser local storage may be used to remember your last search input.
3. What we don't collect
- Your bank details. Payments go directly through PromptPay; we never see card numbers.
- Private TikTok / Instagram data. We only access publicly available metadata.
- Information about the influencers themselves beyond what they make public.
4. Where data is processed
- Public profile data is fetched via Apify (Czech Republic).
- Notifications run through Telegram Bot API (multiple regions).
- Hosting on Vercel (US/EU edge).
5. How long we keep data
Payment claim records are retained for 1 year for accounting. Logs are retained 30 days. Search results are cached up to 24 hours then deleted. You can request deletion of your contact info at any time (see §7).
6. Influencer data subject rights (PDPA)
If you are an influencer and your public profile was analyzed and you want it excluded from future analyses, contact us. We will block your handle from being processed. We cannot remove the influencer's publicly visible data from TikTok / Instagram themselves.
